Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CueRoom. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. Read them. They are shorter than most. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and CueRoom Inc. ("CueRoom", "we", "our", "us"). We operate the mobile application CueRoom and the website at cueroom.io.

2. Who can use CueRoom

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account. If you are using CueRoom on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

3. What CueRoom does

CueRoom generates short alignment scripts intended to help you mentally prepare for upcoming meetings. The scripts are produced by language models using the context you provide (meeting title, selected state, optional notes). CueRoom is a wellness and productivity tool. It is not therapy, not medical advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for professional care.

Generated scripts

You own the scripts CueRoom generates for you. You can save, screenshot, share, or quote them. We ask that you not resell them or claim them as the output of a different product.

Your input

The context you provide (meeting titles, your typed notes, chat messages) remains yours. By using CueRoom, you grant us a limited license to process that input to generate your scripts and operate the service. We do not use your input to train any AI model.

8. AI-generated content

CueRoom scripts are generated by language models. They are suggestions, not instructions. They can occasionally be inaccurate, unhelpful, or at odds with your situation. Use your own judgment before acting on anything a script says. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on script content.

9. Service availability

We work to keep CueRoom running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to pause the service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will give notice when we can.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we remove a feature that was material to your subscription, we will offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your term.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email and in-app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept, cancel your subscription before the effective date.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the service's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or availability. 16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, administered by the American Arbitration Association.
